This Position is Responsible For:

•Handling customer questions, issues and inquiries with high degree of courtesy and professionalism.
•Taking phone orders and upselling clients on related products.
•Coordinating our direct mail campaign and contact potential clients for contact information.
•Responsible for creating and implementing email campaigns by offering discounts and promotions to customers.
•Assist office manager in inventory management and creating purchase orders for various suppliers.
•Coordinating information and responding to client requests in a timely manner
•Utilizing a variety of proprietary systems and web-based tools to research & resolve customer issues
•Effectively and efficiently communicate information to clients and customers via email, inbound and outbound calls

Minimum Qualifications include:

• You must possess strong communication skills, and customer service skills
• You must be experienced in Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word, and be able to navigate from window to window with ease
• You must have at least two positive employment references
• You must be able to multi-task and take initiative
• You must have a high school diploma or equivalent
• You must be flexible to work 40 hours per week, with occasional overtime— with minimal days missed. Office hours are 9am to 6pm Monday to Friday. Zero missed days will be tolerated during the training period.

Desirable Skills:

• 1+ year call center experience
• Accurate data entry and typing skills, with typing speed of 40 wpm
• Excellent attendance and punctuality

Compensation and Benefits:

Compensation is dependent upon experience and skill. Salary range is $4000 to $6000 MXN Pesos per month.
