Director of Operations: Min. 10 years experience in a similar management role, experience within an Electronics High Mix, Low Volume manufacturing environment, Lean tools, Six Sigma, P&L, Bilingual: Chinese & English. 2 positions 1 in China and 1 in Japan.
Sponsorship available. Position in Japan and China.
Plant Manager: Min. 8 years as Plant Mgmt. experience, Lean Mfg., Six Sigma, P&L.
Business Unit Operations Mgr: Experience with Plastic injection Molding, Painting, Plastics Assembly. Responsible for Clean Rooms, Mfg. Equipment maintenance, Materials, Quality, Overlook, Finance and Human Resources and IT departments.
Business Development Manager: 6 years of direct Sales, Marketing, Selling of support and logistics services, preferably to or within an Electronics market.
Operations Development Manager: Engineering Degree, Minimum 3 years in PWB, SMT, strong Soldering environment. Electronic Repair and/or refurbishment.
Lean Mfg. Champion: Min. 5 years exp., Kaizen, Lean Tools, Certified Black Belt, ISO 9001:2000
Quality Director: Min. 10 years experience in a Mgmt. position, IPC 610, 5’s, 8D, Six Sigma Black Belt, Lean Master-Sponsorship available.
Quality Control Manager: Read, interpret safety rules, Yearly Certification requirements are obtained for equipment used in company. Internal Audits, Hands On.
Materials Manager-Min. 5 years, purchasing, inventory, planning, production scheduling, SAP, ERP, QAD system.
Raw Material Buyer-Min. 5 years experience, Supplier base transfer, direct purchasing and negotiation with suppliers, cost savings. International Raw Material supplier development.
Accounting Manager Accounting Degree, Min. 5 years experience, US & Mexican GAAP, Cost Acct., Internal Policy Control, Financial Analysis. Management.
Controller Jr.: USGAAP, IFRS Regulations, General Ledger, Six Sigma Projects, Quarterly Tax
estimates, annual federal & state income tax returns. SQL or MPC/Comshare software a plus.
Human Resource Manager: Min. 5 years as HR Generalist, Organizational Development, career planning, Mexican Labor Laws. Fast Paced environment, Willing to travel to US and Mexico.
Trilingual Quality Engineer: Speak English, Spanish, Japanese, SPC, 8D’s, Continuous Improvement, GPM process, Min. 4 years in a Mfg. environment. Sponsorship available.
Japanese Translator- Speak, Read, Write Japanese, Spanish, English. Assist President
Chinese Translator-Speak, Read, Write- English, Chinese, Spanish. Assist President.
