Production Manager - Plastic Injection Molding

Maquiladora seeks Plastics Engineer with plastic injection molding manufacturing experience- discreet, proactive, and focused on results. Responsibilities: Direct maquiladora start-up and ongoing production with overall responsibility for all areas of quality, human resources, finances, inventory, as well as forecasting, planning, and execution of production. Experience with quality management programs and documentation is strongly preferred. Must have demonstrated skills in troubleshooting and process improvement. Minimum 7+ years applicable experience. Strong leadership, planning, organization and management skills Fluent in English (90%) Between 28 and 40 years old. Contributing team player, Positive team leader, Self motivated, Quick learner, Quality oriented, Can work with a schedule and meet deadlines.
