Job Title: Lead Developer

Department: Software Development

Minimum Required Education: Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or related field


Minimum Required years of experience: 6 years development web and/or desktop
applications

This person will be responsible for:
• Designing, developing and implementing software development projects
using the Microsoft .NET technologies or others depending on assigned projects
• Writing technical requirements and software specifications
• Ensuring that all code meets quality standards
• Following the technical guides and procedures that the project leader
defines for each project
• Adopting test driven development methodologies
• Testing and debugging
• Assigning tasks to other application developers in order to meet
deadlines

QUALIFICATIONS

Essential Job Requirements (skills)

Technical Skills
• 6 years hands-on experience developing web and/or desktop applications
• High level of understanding of ASP.NET Framework, VB.NET 2005, Win
Forms, C#,
2005, AJAX, SQL Server,
• Strong web application development
• Technical expertise in application architecture and system design
• Technical expertise in programming languages, tools, development
environments and operating systems
• Knowledge of trends, applications and issues related to the data area
specifically targeted by the company
• Strong knowledge of Object Oriented Programming (OOP) principles
• QA experience (NUnit)

Communication skills
• Must be fully bilingual in English/Spanish
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
