ASSISTANT BOUTIQUE MANAGER (ABM)
•Assist Brand /Boutique Manager
•Manage key fashion boutique brands and responsible for their performance and profitability
•Responsible for formulating and implementing sales & marketing
strategies to optimize sales, profit, and cost-effectiveness.
•Accountable for sales performance, inventory management.
•Make recommendations, and track merchandise sales/forecasting/ sales
analysis and be responsible for brand reporting requirements.
•Establish and maintain satisfactory customer and public relations,
through direct or delegated contacts with representative individuals
and groups.
•Able to work on front-end retail hours, including weekends & public
holidays.

Qualifications:
•Degree in Business Administration/ Sales & Marketing or its
equivalent
•Minimum 2 years in similar positions and boutique background
•Fluent spoken and written English
•Team work, hands on, detailed, resourceful, results-oriented,
excellent leadership and interpersonal skills. Able to handle stress
and work under pressure in a fast pace environment.
