10 Project Control Specialists, Gas and Oil Industry, Alberta, Canada

This position requires an engineering degree and fifteen (15) years project controls experience in the oil and gas industry. Qualified individuals will be engaged in controlling costs for large and small refinery projects. Responsibilities will include: supervise, train and review work prepared by junior staff; organize, analyze, identify and estimate costs associated with project scope changes; maintain project scope documentation; advise project management of cost and schedule impacts of proposed design or construction changes; ensure that all project controls activities such as budget development, budget monitoring, updates, cash flow requirements, scheduling and recommendations for corrective action comply with company and client requirements. Incumbents will participate in proposal preparation and client presentations. Qualified applicant will have experience in economic/financial evaluations, productivity evaluations and value engineering analysis; and will review conceptual, preliminary and definitive estimate. Company systems include Primavera (P3ec) and Cost Management. Willing to immigrate to Canada. High level of English. C$ 80,000 per year plus benefits. Send complete CV in English.
