Repair Business Unit Manager

INTERNATIONAL RECRUITERS CURRENTLY SEEKING:
Degree. Masters in Business preferred. Able to develop Financial skills. Knowledge in the Aftermarket and Repair Services business environment. Excellent communication and negotiation skills to different levels. Familiar with P& L and financial reports. Able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. MS Office knowledge (MS project is a must). Ability to work under pressure.
Responsible for overseeing all aspects of the profit and loss statement in the repair operations of customer product as returned from the field. Establish and monitors build and ship schedules. Provides completion commitments. Manages all RMA, field upgrades and customer return activities for assigned customers. Quotes and forecasts production for assigned program. Analyzes customer forecasts. Works with Materials organization to ensure material availability. Monitors the day-to-day operational metrics including: Quality on Time delivery.
