Branch Manager


The successful candidate should have the following basic qualifications:

• Provide a minimum of 3 years management/leadership experience with a basic understanding of P&L Management.
• Has demonstrated leadership tendencies and abilities
• Basic Computer literacy – AS400 Training helpful but not required
• Experience with fleet/equipment dispatch and/or customer service.
• Excellent communication skills, both written & verbal
• Ability to interact with various levels of management internally and externally.
• Comfortable with a hands-on working environment.
• Participate in Future Plan Development & Execution Strategies.

Job Responsibilities:

This position consist of many responsibilities including but not limited to Financial Performance, Cost Management, Development of Sales Initiatives/Execution, Growth Plans and Day-to-Day operations oversight; ensuring execution & compliance of companies’ standards and protocols inclusive of DOT & QMS Assurance, execution of Safety Initiatives, proper HR practices, etc.
